1. Ordering & Payment

• We accept both prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. However, for COD, payment must be made before receiving the food.
• Order modifications must be requested by sharing a screenshot of your order history via WhatsApp. Customers must also call from the same number to confirm.
• Any extra modifications, such as adding items or changing price-value items, must be paid for in advance.

2. Delivery & Pickup

• Standard delivery time is 30 to 45 minutes.
• For locations beyond 3 km or during festive/rush days, delivery may take up to 1 to 1.5 hours.
• Delivery charges:
  • ₹30 for orders ₹169-199
  • ₹20 for orders ₹200-299
  • ₹15 for orders ₹300-349
  • Free delivery for orders ₹350 and above
• Customers can also opt for self-pickup from our restaurant.

3. Refund & Replacement Policy

• Only wrong items or damaged food are eligible for return or replacement via Customer Care Executive.
• Refund requests must be made via our customer care number and may take up to 48 hours to process.

5. Customer Conduct & Behavior

• Abusive behavior towards our delivery executives or staff will result in an account ban.
